My recent stay at Maison Elizondoa was truly unparalleled, exceeding even my highest expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, Dan's warm welcome was a delightful start, offering a much-needed hot drink after a day of walking. The attention to detail in the renovated old house was evident, with our spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable room providing a sanctuary after a long day. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exquisite dinner prepared with fresh garden produce—a culinary experience that surpassed all others during our week of travels. Breakfast was a feast for the senses, featuring homemade treats and fresh eggs from the property's hens. The combination of luxurious amenities, impeccable service, and culinary delights make Maison Elizondoa a hidden gem along the French Riviera, a place I am eager to return to thanks to Dan and Roberto's exceptional hospitality.
